how to assign IRQ for eth0 under Mandrake7.0?

Hi,
I am using Mandrake7.0.
During boot up, it shows:
for eth0, the assigned IRQ is 0 and it doesn't seem to work, and ask me to use PCI BIOS to assign a valid IRQ for eth0.

I think that't the reason why my adsl connection can't work.
Under WinMe,my network card setting is:
IRQ=10, I/0=1010 - 101F

Does anyone have the experience in configuring eth0 (or setting up ADSL) under Mandrake7.0?
