gkrellm issue

I am running Mandrake 9.0 with my WM being fluxbox.
I have my .xinitrc starting gkrellm

gkrellm &

but my issue is that after I get into fluxbox my gkrellm is
locked to the lower left side of the screen. I try to drag it
and I can't. I checked the general optins to make sure it's
not selected to Remember location at screen exit but and it's not.
Can anyone help me with why it's locked?

Does it act like this when you start it from a terminal? I'm not sure why it would stick, unless it thinks it's a panel or something...which would be odd

Try taking it out of the startup and launch it manually, any differant?

yes. after removing it from the xinit file and starting it from aterm
it runs fine. I can move it and make it startup where it was closed.

I'm at a loss....

My bad man. I fixed it. I just realized I had a -w switch
and now I'm ok. Thanks for your input anyway.
