I have partition magic and am running RD9.0 is there away to use my Partition magic within the KDE desktop environment?

I don't think so, Partition Magic only works on Windows.

What exactly do you need to do with PM? There might be a Linux partitioning program which would do the trick.

I want too install Man9.0 to with my already installed RH/9.0
I thought using P/magic would be the easier way. But what ever I can use would be acceptable.

You can use GNU Parted or install Partition Magic on a Windows machine, create the rescue disks and boot with those as they will give you the full PM version anyways.
