Best Linux 4 FTP Server

G'day all, I want to set up a small FTP server for my friends and communicatons team to access.

I have a dual P2 400 with 128 megs ram but no OS installed yet oh ya with dual 80 gig drives.

What distro is best for this Red Hat?

Any distro will do though you will need to disable all the other services (Samba, Mail, Named etc.) that you are not planning to use.

You may find a specific distro that only has ftp or at least a stripped down version that does not include all the services/apps that Redhat and other mainstream distros do at http://old.lwn.net/Distributions/

Of course you could do a custom install of Redhat and deselect all the apps and services that you will not need.
