Help! I 403 error and permission issues

I get forbidden 403 error when trying to access my virtual domain IP, and also I can not load up any files to the FTP. I know I have forgot the permissions somewhere. Could someone please let me know on which files I have to change the permission. The FTP server and the web server on the machine is okay and is running other virtual domains fine.
I am using redhat 7.1.
