If you mean MS SQL Server, then almost certainly not. Unless someone has reverse-engineered the protocol, there is not likely to be anything like that for Linux.
On the plus side, this means we won't be getting the CodeRed worm... :)

Probably not their version of SQL though there are linux based database that do use SQL such as MySql, Postgresql and Oracle.
Maybe you should explain a bit more what your after.
