Migrating E-mail system to Linux E-Mail Server?

Does Linux have any tools whatsoever to migrate from your current e-mail system (Groupwise, Exchange or Lotus) to Linux?

I need to be able transfer Messages, Addressbooks & Users from 1 system to the other.

Has anyone done anything like this before and are there any tools at all for doing this kind of thing?

I don;t know much about it but I think that lotus has a linux port.
