installing linux on a new computer

hi i just custom built my own computer.How do i install Linux on it, i have NO os on it,

If you have an installation cd you can just boot with it. You'll need to add cd to your boot order in the bios.

Yea, in the BIOS make the CD your first boot device. Boot off the linux CD and there'll surely be an auto partitioning option. Select it and watch your Linux being installed :D
