wine installing and permissions

i tryed to install wine but i get this and i dunno how to get it permissions to any of this stuff, it wont let me do it as root eaither

First off, what distro? if it's rpm based, i believe there is an rpm edition of it. second, check that you have the newest version. finally, try logging into su before you do it. for example-

x@home: su
Password- (root pass)

then try it.
