Windows might not be able to read the files on the cd... because the cd uses a Linux file system. I know some distro cds can be seen on Windows, some can't, I don't really know how or why. Why are you trying to look at the cd in Windows anyway? Just reboot and install it!

Yes Windows can read a Linux cd. It's the standard iso9660 format.

Why do you keep losing your usernames?

I don't really know. All I do know is that I'm getting mightly sick of it. Really damn sick of it. So sick of it, I may just pack LNO in and spend some time on myself.

Everytime something happens to this bbs, it takes my account with it. Maybe it's trying to tell me something.

You have to burn the iso image to the CD, www.linuxiso.org (http://www.linuxiso.org) has a good HOW-TO for this.

Just trash the CD (or use it as a coaster), and make a new one. Something went terribly wrong with that burn - maybe you didn't close it properly, or just copied the *.iso itself to the CD?
If you use a proggie like EasyCD Creator on Windows, make sure you select to 'Make CD from image', and then browse to the *.iso file (you may have to select *.iso in the file type selector).

Hope that helps? :)
