rednering problems witth redhat 9

I am having problems rendering materials using such 3d modelling applications such as equinox 3d and k3d. Are there any additional plugins that i have to install before i can successfully render my models?

What type of problems are you having? How are the applications behaving or misbehaving;) what application are you having the most issues with? have you checked out the various sites of your applications to see what info they can offer? have you done a G4L (http://www.google.com/linux/) search with terms related to your problem?:)

What graphics card are you using?
With nVidia cards, you have to install the official nVidia drivers to get hardware acceleration, because the ones provided with X only use software acceleration.

im using nvidia geforce 2mx 64. the stuff i render have black spots all over them
