*.PAR files in linux.....

Hey everyone. Anyone know where I can obtain a program for linux that allows me to utilize the PAR files that frequently appear in newsgroups? Anyone who visits newsgroups on a regular basis knows what I'm talking about. There are many programs available for windows, but in trying to make my "switch", I need to find a program capabile of doing the same in linux. Thanks a lot!!

Exactally. Thanks a lot!!! Sometimes the command line is sooo much easier than using a bulky GUI like in windows :-D

There might be other programs out there as well, that's just the only one I know of.
