problems with wine + desired program

Hey, im trying to get win explorer 5.0 (a program to, well, program your satilite card, dss), to work in wine. when i execute the exe the shell gives me this error

Wine already configured, run 'winesetup' to reconfigure.

im not really sure what that means, and iv'e been trying to search but to no avail. anyway if you want to try to run this program in wine to see for yourself, or to let me know what im doing wrong download from here

but you must install 'microsoft script control' which can be downloaded here:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/scripting/scriptcontrol/x86/sct10en.exe

Try this for wine setup:
winesetup (http://digilander.libero.it/winehqitalia/)
The link to the program is at the bottom.
Make sure the program explorer is installed on the user "C directory" and not on root's "C directory"- they use different config files.
Do you have a satellite internet connection or is this just for the TV. ? If so, does it work well?
