This is something that seems hard to find a direct answer for, I have searched.

When creating a multi-session disc on x-cd-roast should the "do not fixate disc after write" option be checked or un-checked? I could try it and see but I'd rather not waste a disc and then be left unsure as to what may or may not of gone wrong.

Should a multi-session disc be fixed or left un-fixed is basically what I need to know, I'm very new to cd burning :(

I don't mess with cd burning too much, my burner tends to not like some brands, but as far as I know, you must leave it unfixed for you to continue using it.

I also don't burn too often, but fixating is something you do when you're finally done with the disk, and happy with the results. Until then, leave the box checked.

Though if the cd is not closed (fixated), it may not play/work unless in the original or another cdrom that supports multi-session.
