Thanks to mdwatts and salil on the installation of grubb, and off course
for all who help with my dual boot problem


I saw Libranet up and running this weekend, best distro for newbie to linux

Libranet is great for linux newbies and debian newbies... Its actually a really stable distro.

Libranet is the bomb. Xadminmenu is a stroke of genius and delivers the easiest kernel compile you'll EVER have. The big guns could really learn something from these guys.

Gotta agree. I switch my straight woody boxes over to Libranet about a month ago.

I used libranet for a while before i went onto debian. I couldn't even install debian, so practising on libranet was a great idea :-)

I haven't installed it recently though.

heh i will reserve my comments this time ;) most folks know how bitter i am about the libranet community. it clouds my opinion as well.
