How can I set up VMware so that every user can load the same virtual machine to run WinME?

Is this possible or does every user have to make his own install of WinME?

You need to save the config and virtual disk somewhere where all users have access to it, and make sure all users have rwx rights for the files.

Okay... here's what I was thinking about doing, but can not really figure out how..

I wanted to put a link to VMware in the gnome menu so that when someone ran it, it would automatically load up the right config files and start WinME..

Can anyone explain to me how to achieve this?
