Since you have not received a response and I have never tried a network install (from HD I have from iso), anything on the Knoppix site on installing from network or HD?
Pehaps search Google for Linux for ?? 'knoppix hd install' or 'knoppix network install'.

How to Install Knoppix over a Network (http://www.knoppix.net/docs/index.php/HowtoInstallOverNet)
I'm not sure if this is exactly what you want, it seems more about cloning than installing, and it's partly in german.

I've had very little experience with Knoppix, but I do remember that there was an option to set up a system already running Knoppix (either via CD or an HD install) to be a TFTP boot server so diskless clients could boot Knoppix directly from the network. All you'd then need was the boot floppy for the client machine to load the kernel from.
I've forgotten, though, how to do it. If you boot Knoppix and choose the KDE desktop environment, poke around in the K > Administrative menu for the option. I think it's in there somewhere...
