Ok guys. I am installing Bearops onto a second partition on the HD. I went to the Bearops site, downloaded the disk one and disk two .iso files and burned both to tow disks. Now what? I tryed to boot the pc with the first disk and it won't do it. Can someone help me get started? :o I haven't partitioned the hd yet. Bearops install guide said not to do that, to let the program do it.

I'm not really familiar with bearcorps (okay, I've never heard of it until now), but in order for your system to boot directly from the CD, you'll need to get into your BIOS and tell it that the CD-ROM is the first device it should boot from. If it finds nothing there, then it'll go to the floppy drive, then to the hard disk drive.
Anywho, if you've done that and it still doesn't work, then maybe (most likely) it's a bad burn.
Put the Bearcorps CD in your CD-ROM and try to open the CD-ROM within your OS. If you see file folders and directories, you should be okay.
Anywho...Make sure you don't burn the ISO file on the CD. In Easy CD Creator (if that's what you're using) you'll need to select: "Make CD from CD Image." If you just put the image on the CD, that's not good enough. A program needs to convert the image so that you have files to boot from. :) Hope this helps. :)

Oops...sorry it should be BEAROPS, not bearcorps or whatever I put in my last post. :-D But at least I've heard of it now and know where to find it!

Is there any other software that can covert the iso files? I use NTI Professional and I can't find anything to convert it over.
