Recently, my gaim icons havent been displaying properly, I honestly cant explain how or why. I've reinstalled gtk2, libiconv, Gaim itself...I dont get any output from the terminal when I open it through my aterm. I've run out of ideas as to what it might be...Just to give you all a more descriptive idea on what i mean...well, pictures say a thousand words

Hmm. That is odd. My suggestion would just be to live with it and see if a newer version of gaim will correct it. Try submitting a bug report (http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=add&group_id=235&atid=100235) It's odd that some are being displayed correctly and others aren't. (What version of gaim are you on now?) gaim 0.65 was released yesterday. Might try and upgrade to that.

I posted on the dropline-gnome forums, and it turns out to bea problem with the nvidia drivers, when the "RenderAccel" option is turned on. If anyone else has this problem, here are some useful links
