I have been using Gnome with nautilus now for some time. I like the way I can just type smb:// and browse the network like you do on network neighbourhood. I have been racking my head to do this in KDE however. I have searched high and low, and have determined that konqurer uses lisa instead of samba. But I can't seem to get the whole thing going... I can use lin neighborhood, but would still like the convinience of just browsing without having to mount.

Goolge only gives me a bunch of stupid german sites for this, and doing JL searches rarely yeild the info I need..

In plain english..

1)How do I configure Lisa (someone at least give me a web page)? And where is this config file located (slack 9.0) The man pages just spit out a bit of useless stuff about a screen saver...

2)How do I start the lisa service? (and while we are on the topic, how do I enable and disable any service on my slackbox?)

3)I have used the wizzard in the KDE control center to set lisa up (supposedly), so it might already be set up, but what am I missing?

Actually, the site did help: I got lisa going, and it does have very good info on config, but it is missing one thing: Where is the lisa config file?
