Ximian Desktop 2 and My Computer

I installed Ximian Desktop 2 last night and now I can't figure out how to get rid of that "My Computer" icon it put on my desktop. Is there any way to do this?

Can you right click on 'My Computer' and select remove/delete or does it just come back whenever you restart Gnome?

I can't make it go away at all. I've tried dragging it into the trash can, and I don't even get an option to delete when i right-click on it.

Does that on mine too... Even when I login as root I can't delete it.

There is a workaround I read on the forums... set your panel to autohide and then shrink the icon to it's smallest size... then drag the icon under the panel and turn off autohide...
