Does anyone out there know of a freeware/shareware boot loader? I have had problems with multi boot I have had lilo installed in the MBR and on the linux partition. I also installed a distro called ASP linux that claims to have a great 3rd party loader and it was installed in the mbr as well as the ext2 partition and I was still unable to boot.

The best I've got so far is win 2k boot loader booting win2k, and win 98 and a boot disk for linux.

I use the Be Boot loader. It is included in Beos 5 Personal Edition. However, you need to install Beos to get it.

I use it to boot win2000/beos/qnx/debian.

Grub? not yet guess I got somereading to do now! I just installed partition magic and boot magic. I like the rescue boot disks and set up of the boot magic. now lets test it and install some more os's. Currently not running linux :( but on the good side the reason I am not right now is I took that HDD and used it in the build of a second machine full time linux box :)
