svcd codec for linux

im having trouble reading vcds and svcds on mplayer.

do i need a codec?:(

i think u need codecs
u can download pretty much all the codecs u need from the mplyer homepage.
y don't u go there check it out....
i got all the codecs from there
real, quicktime, divx, vcd, svcd, etc...

by the way, i don't use mplayer
i like xine much much better...

well im really using mplayerxp and not mplayer.


what is the codec for vcd and svcd on their website or do you know of a vcd/svcd codec else where?
