Hello all,
I just wanted to start a poll about how people would go about changing a MS server with a linux server in a SMALL business environment. I feel that the linux community (of which I am still a newb) trys to hard to either push linux in the enterprise or linux on the desktop. What I would like to know is, how one could use linux to compete with a product such as MS Small Business Server 2000, i.e. that has web, email, db, etc. in one package. I would like to convert my business (30 users, 1 server) to use linux as its main server (with windows on the clients....sorry), but I just can't find the right info out there, if anybody has any links or ideas please let me know.
For instance, here is a 1-1 comparison of a MS and its linux equivalent, perhaps others can help me fill in the blanks or provide other alternatives:

Proxy: MS ISA/Proxy server - > Squid
DNS: MS DNS server -> Bind
Web: IIS -> Apache
Mail/Groupware: Exchange -> Postfix/??what is good groupware for linux???
Database: MS SQL -> MySQL
File Sharing: Windows -> Samba

Thanks for any advice you may have. Particularly with the groupware, is there any DIRECT replacment for contact management like Exchange/Outlook?
