emacs command reference anyone?

I was having a terrible time figuring out the commands in emacs, so I churned out this rudimentary html doc contaning basic emacs commands. i would like to share it with fellow newbies out there, only I have no idea how to post it or if anyone still uses emacs these days.
any help on the technicalities of posting a html doc is highly welcome.
