mozilla mail

is there a way to start mozilla mail without opening mozilla?
i can't find the command.

i;ve not used mozilla as much as netscape but cant you change what opens mozilla when you run it, like netscape, as you can open netscape and netscape mail can be opened.

What exactly does "/path/to/mozilla-mail" mean?

I'd like to use only Mozilla mail also, but I can't interpret exactly what to do with line to accomplish it.

in ur terminal, just type
$mozilla -mail
thats it
he meant path to mozilla

without the $ sign of course
