Windowmaker CD-R/RW & DVD Icons

I would like to know if anyone can help me on creating the DVD & CD-R/RW Icon in Windowmaker?
I have no clue how to create them.:( I've been trying to find ways, but I have no luck. Yes I am a newbie. :(
