Intelli Mouse Explorer

Okay, I went to an NHF on my Intelli Mouse Explorer, and it says to setup my mouse options with all of this stuff, but it doesn't say where, anybody help? Here is the url:

Try the pointer section of the XF86Config file, Thats where I've been fiddling with my mouse...
