My bro has a machine with an Asys Mobo. I think there something wrong because if you very SLIGHTLY bump it turns off or goes into some kind of mode. Is there something I can do for this not to happen. Is there like a thing I have to change in BIOS? Please help us.

Probably a bad power supply, or just a bad wire. I'd get a new power-supply and replace the current one to see if that fixes it. ;)

Well the problem has only been since we put in this Mobo. The other mobos worked fine. So I think it might be some kind of wierd feature
Sounds like you have a loose connection, make sure that you have the P.S. plug inserted solidly.

*hmmms*
recently replaced mobo reboots at the drop of a hat ... I'd power that sucker down and go through all the connections (ALL of them) and snug them down...
If this is an ATX based mobo, I'd look very closely at the connection from the switch to the motherboard. I would be mildly concerned that it was a) loose, b) incorrectly mounted. c) incompatible with the current setup.

Check the standoffs on the MOBO, your board could be shorting out,

check wires plugs etc.. make sure none are broken or lose, etc..
In the CMOS you can change the Power Management settings. Try changing it so that the power button does not put it into suspend mode and disable suspend altogether if you can. See what happens and good luck.
