Gabber with the ICQ network

How would one go about getting Gabber to work on the ICQ network?

you first have to have an icq account. (or actually it's not too hard for jabber to create one.)

Then you find a jabber server that offers icq translation.

Then you register and agent.

what is the problem you are having?

I cannot find a server that offers the translation :(

Is AOL somehow blocking the translation? I would not put it past them. Microsoft loving swine.
