I tried to install the lICQ Redhat RPM. I'm using KDE. I get this error:
Found 0 source and 1 binary packages
Dependency Problem:
libcrypto.so.0 is needed by licq-1.0.3-1
libssl.so.0 is needed by licq-1.0.3-1
I looked on the licq website and those arent there. what do I do?

look for them on rpmfind.net
most probably they are both on the same rpm with any luck so when you install it and retry licq you should be ok
it surprises me though that licq didnt work off the bat as redhat installs it doesnt it?

Install libopenssl*rpm which should be on one of the CD's.

hmm...
the documentation cd,
binary 1 of 2,
binary 2 of 2,
or the source code CD?
I have Redhat 7.1, and I'm not finding it libopennsl.rpm

its not necessarily called openssl.rpm or whatever
do a search on all cd's with the following filter
openssl*.rpm
it will list all relevant files which fit the above desc.
