Un-meteted internet access?

Do you know if it's possible un-meteted internet access, using konquerer?

Ok, I've looked at the other threads, and it seems you can use netscape. I have used mandrake 8, and this installed konquerer,

where can I get the linux netscape?

Also, I have heard that aol are closing the netscape pay-per-go service in the UK.

So can we expect to see subscriptions introduced for netscape?
