I decided to reinstall Debian (only took about 30min). So I'm back at the base installation and my network works. Next is getting XFree86 4.0.2 to run, but should I go ahead and upgrade Debian to the unstable state? I plan to install XFree86 4.0.2 through the precompiled binaries of xfree86.org's ftp site and I'm not too sure what the differnce is between the binaries under glibc21 and glibc22 is. If I'm not mistaken, Debian Potato comes with the former whereas upgrading to unstable will install libc 2.2. Uhmm...what do you guys do?
