How to change default ftp directory?

Want ot be able to have a certain user ftp into the /home/httpd/html directory. Unless some one has an alternate way to upload web changes.

perhaps it makes a difference what ftp server you are using.

another way would be to just make that dir the users $home dir. man useradd and adduser to change a persons $home. or poke around in /etc/passwd if you feel brave.
