ASP Linux

Has anyone heard of this distro? ASP Linux
I recently installed Red Hat 7 and had problems with my triple boot. This distro boasts the best install for multi boot and smp machines. Which Red hat also didn't do (setup my smp kernel).

All distros can essentially do the same things. Some distros do things better/easier. You can always recompile your kernel with the 2.4.1 (RedHat is 2.4 ready). I don't know about the triple boot. They probably use a different boot loader/manager.

Ryeker I sorta see how the distros are simiular linux is linux. I was actually looking for a distro that does some things better. Like the boot loader for one I was unable to get lilo to run. I tried in the mbr all that did was kick me outa windows (which isn't all bad :) but as a newbie I still felt safer with windows within an arms reach) I tried it on the linux partition also without luck. I have a boot disk running lilo which I need to use to get into linux. One more thing is neither red hat or mandrake set up the kernel for smp support.

This distro claims to do all that right, I was really wondering if that was a bunch of addvertising BS or if it actually performs.

Yes it does have it's own boot loader and what looks like a nice gui for partition creating, deleting, resizing, and moving. I am downloading it now if no one posts in time I'll post my thoughts, as I am installing soon as I can.

I found it by fluke on TUCOWS I went in for a win app and decided to check out the linux secetion and there it was looking right at me!
