Opera 7.11 help?

I just love 7.11. I do need to solve this issue, and it will be all good. I do NOT want to use it as the email client on the box. So, in preferences, I select NOT to use it, rather, Evolution. No matter, it wants to pop the mail when it starts. This is disastrous, as mail i need to get into Evo has now left the server, and is in Opera. Now, I have to forward the mail to myself! What to do? TIA, Ray.

I would go to Mail > Manage Accounts and delete the mail account from Opera. Or I would go into the account and tell it not to delete mail from the remote server.

YEAY! Thanks. Do not remove from server is my best answer. That way I can continue with Evo, but play with Opera as I choose.
