Etherboot EEPROMs

Does anyone know a good source of inexpensive EEPROM chips for network cards, and/or EEPROM burners? The only one I could find on the Internet was a company in Germany, and since I live in the Caribbean it was sort of out of the question. (shipping costs... :eek: :))
