Is it possible with SSH ???

My linux box is connected to internet and inside win machine gets to internet through linux. I acces my internal windows machine with vnc. This is done by port forwarding in linux. Is it possible to have secure connection (ssh) when I connect to vnc server on internal win machine?? If possible should I have ssh server installed on linux or windows??

I'm no networking pro, but if you're looking to connect to your linux box via SSH, install the server on the linux box. That way it will accept connections from your win terminal. Might wanna give the networking forum a whirl at this one too.
