Everytime i want to use Update Agent it allways comes up with missing dependecies etc. It starts fetching the files but when it starts installing it always comes up with some error, what's going on here ?

The latest files for Mandrake are for a completely different version of GlibC. This makes all of these packages incompatible with your system. My suggestion is to wait for Mandrake 8.0 to be released, then upgrade the whole system.
PS - Don't use the Mandrake 8.0 BETA, it's broken hard core. ;)
