Need help !

[casspy]

Hi!
trying to install mandrake9.1
after the reboot pass I do receive this message
$home directory
/home/casspy/
does not exist
kde is un able to start
please how can I fix it ?
do take note the I 'am a beginner:confused:

After booting the machine, don't log in at the graphical login screen.
Hit Ctrl+Alt+F2 and log in as root in that console.
Run the command mkdir /home/casspy and then log out (enter the command exit).
Hit Ctrl+Alt+F7 and log in as casspy
