Just installed Slackware 7.1, the a1 series only, on my 486 DX 33 w/ 500 MB HD, & 64 MB RAM. I am now getting:
Warning: unable to open an intial console. Kernel panic: No init found. Try passing init= option to kernel.
How do I do this effectively. I tried passing the following at boot:
mount root=/dev/hda2 init=bin/sh
The panic still comes. How do I pass the init correctly or how can I get rid of that message and boot into Slack?
