Ok guys, i've been pulling my hair here...
I've installed Qpopper 4.05 and Postfix (forgot what version).
Ok here's the deal. It seems that they are running fine. I can telnet to my box locally to both port 110 and 25 and i got the proper responses. I also tried telnetting from other computers in my internal network and they seem to get proper responses.
But when i send mail to my box, i cant seem to get any email. Now I've tried to telnet remotely to my IP address on both ports 25 and port 110 from school and from a friends box and it just hangs there.
My hosts.allow and hosts.deny are both blank. So does anyone know why I can't send email to my box? Btw, I'm using Comcast as my cable provider.
