Fluxbox on RH is slow??

Turn on Anti Aliasing...

Then click through a few styles and logout and back in.

I had run FB on RH and it was blazing fast. Loaded it today and it was Slooooow (again RH 8).

Turned on AA and it's kickin' butt again. Loads like a champ.

Turn AA off and it's back to Dog Slow....
I saw many posts here @ JL about fluxbox being slow so I decided to put my fix here.

Try it out and let me know if it helps...

Now to just get these fonts a lil smaller :)

Oh yeah, to get fonts smaller, just edit the actual style files.

They are in

/usr/share/fluxbox/styles

On my machine.
Just open in a text editor and change the font values to lower numbers.

Also to get rid of borders (for transparent Eterm sessions change whatever the value is on this portion of the syle file to look like this.
