mozilla mail without Mozilla web brouser?

Is it possible to launch mozilla mail without launching the mozilla web brouser first?

I've looked for a mozilla mail binary file and can't find one.
Does anyone know if this is possible?

Or if you don't use mozilla (i use mozilla firebird myself) use thunderbird!

Its a standalone mozilla mail browser and of course Firebird is the standalone mozilla browser.

Firebird used to be a side project (was previously called phoenix) but is now the new direction for mozilla. Soon the suite you use will be replaced with thunderbird and firebird. Might as well get on board now ;)
