is there any s/w that can access Windows applications?

i am now using linux... however, there are several windows applications that i am used to cant be found in linux... so i would like to know is there a s/w that i can use windows app?

I think that ...depending on the kind of applications you are trying to use, you will be able to use Wine, WineX, or even Vmware that lets you have an OS inside another. When using Vmware you boot Window$ inside a virtual box and you can therefore run all windows applications as if you were working with Windows. Hope this helps...:D
