how to use Cdrecbox ???

i have just installed Cdrecbox ,but it is not a englis one ,and i really cant undstand them
they fellowing :
1 Criar Arquivo de Imagem um CD
2 Cravar Arquivo de Imagem CD
3 Copiar CD (Cuidado)
4 Apagar CD-RW
5 Apagar Imagem
6 Ajuda
7 Sair

Is there someone to tell me what do they mean
or someone has ever used it before ,and so kind to tell me how to use the software
